Kuoth Wiel had a very busy spring.
While most of her fellow Minnesotans were busy grousing about the weather, Wiel, 24, spent April and May: finishing up a degree in social psychology at Augsburg College, preparing to move, launching a new career and — oh, yeah — filming a key role in a Reese Witherspoon movie that is already being touted as a contender for next year’s Academy Awards.
