Chiara will be in the office all day everyday starting next week, make sure to double check with her as she also works in other buildings.
✅ PAYCHECK ISSUES
It has been brought to our attention that there have been some issues with the latest payroll, make sure to double check it either from your inbox or on inside Augsburg under “Records & Registration” – last choice at the bottom left “Student Employment Records”.
✅ SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER (SSN)
For all of you new to employment at Augsburg, please remember to apply for your SSN immediately. It is an easy process and step by step instructions are available on our employment page.
Once you haver received the card in the mail, please make your way to the HR office and ask for Charlotte Swanson. She will make a copy for you. Never send a picture of your SSN via computer or tablet.
